EASTER 2025 FENG SHUI

How can we decorate our home in harmony with the Pink Full Moon of Easter 2025

April 13th is the first full moon after the spring equinox, therefore it is an important moment in the Easter 2025 lunar cycle. It marks the time of Passover and precedes Christian Easter Sunday.

The April 2024 full moon, known as the “Pink Moon” rising next to a 17th century coastal watch tower, known as Hamrija Tower or it-Torri ta’ Rsejjen in the limits of Qrendi. The photo was taken from Lapsi, around 2km away from the tower. Although the moon looks like it is about to roll downhill, it is actually rising from behind the cliffs. The photo was captured just as the sun was setting in the opposite direction, giving the moon its pinkish colour.

The Easter Full Moon astral configuration, as read on the azimuthal plane and therefore also interpretable with the Chinese compass, is particularly characterized by the fact that the full moon occurs in correspondence with the lunar culmination between 2:00 and 2:30 AM. This means that the power of the astronomical event is strengthened, also because at that hour the sky not only presents an alignment of planets all positioned to the northeast with Saturn conjunct the South Lunar Node, but the Moon itself is conjunct the Black Moon at the zenith.

Therefore, a very special full moon, a harbinger of powerful transformations under the karmic sign of the Black Moon, Saturn, and the Lunar Nodes; let’s welcome it into our homes with Feng Shui by finding solutions that neutralize the dark forces of the past, carefully tending to the aspects that connect Water to Fire in the generative cycle of energy. It will therefore be a matter of paying attention to the greenery in the house, whether potted plants or garden, carefully balancing the watering and using auspicious forms suggested by Feng Shui.

The Broderie Room, also known as the Parterre de Broderie which translates to “embroidery of earth”, is located in the south part of the east wing. The garden is modelled after the formal gardens of French chateaux during the reign of Louis XIV, and is a popular setting for wedding ceremonies and photo shoots. The room opened in 1939 and was originally called the Cloister Garden. In 1966, the room was redesigned as the present-day Broderie Room.
